FAQ

  • Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes! Remember to Live Foundation is actively pursuing its 501c3 non-profit status, which will eventually allow it to operate as a non-profit on its own. Until then, donations are flowing through the wonderful organization Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, which allows donations to Remember to Live Foundation to be tax deductible.

  • Who manages the donated money?

Remember to Live Foundation is actively in the process of putting together a Board of Directors who will have fiduciary responsibilities. In the meantime, the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation has set-up an account for Remember to Live Foundation money.

  • How is the mom and her family selected?

Remember to Live Foundation has sought qualified family referrals from a variety of community partners, including schools, churches, and oncology doctors. If you know a mom fighting breast cancer with children under 18 years old who you want to refer to Remember to Live Foundation, please complete this form.
